Anyone will register a chinese domain

Chinese domain names with .cn Tld after the big increase in 2009, stopped after the GoDaddy declaration where they said that will exclude .cn Tld registration from their service.

In the first months of 2010 .cn Tld have fallen from 13.459.133in the 2009 to only 8.254.681 until April 2010, and probably they will go under.
