Mover los repositorios al una lista anterior
mv /etc/zypp/repos.d/etc/zypp/repos.d.old

Borrar la cache del Zypper
rm /var/cache/zypp/zypp.db

Agregar el Repositorio principal OSS de la version de la distro a instalar
zypper ad http://download.opensuse.org/distribution/11.2/repo/oss openSUSE112

Instalar la ultima version del zypper (instalador)
zypper in zypper

Actualizar el ultimo programa para instalar los paquetes.
zypper ar htp://download.opensuse.org/distribution/11.2/repo/oss/suse/i586/rpm*.rpm

Ahora toca actualizar todos los repositorios de paquetes de la distro (ya configurados)
zypper ref

Distribution Upgrade (Actualizando TODOS los paquetes con versiones nuevas)
zypper dup

A Flisol 2010 Story @ Esteli

Well... very very very early (6am), we made the trip to the north city called Esteli here at Nicaragua. Prepared with all the novell and opensuse stuff, ready with our conferences, full power and energy !!!


At 8am we were looking for the university "UNI Norte" (National University of Engineering of the North) It was located, like 3 miles deeper in a trail to the mountains.

When we got there, there was some kind of a protest, I we realized that the administrative personal and teachers had the university taken.

Despite our attempts to convince them to allow us to make the event, we were not allowed entry to the university.

We had to improvise and, outside the buildings had to put out the banner of free software and start talking to students, who were near, to show them the system and give away DVDs and information to enter the linux community.

.


We had to use my car as a table to put the info, T-shirts, information, records and everything we could.

At noon we gave up because the teachers thought that we were mocking them.
We went to eat a snack at a restaurant called "La Casita" and we talked about communities and linux.

And so we returned to the capital Managua to help a little bit to the installations of this site, and to talk a little more free software's topics.

We left with a lot of energy for the event almost failed in Esteli, will be back, because some computer science teachers were impressed with the features of this system.



We lost a battle but not war!

Bueno ... muy muy muy temprano (6am), hicimos el viaje a la ciudad del norte llamada Estelí aquí en Nicaragua. Preparado con todas las de Novell y openSUSE cosas, listos con nuestras conferencias, potencia y energía!

A las 8 que estábamos buscando para la universidad "UNI Norte" (Universidad Nacional de Ingeniería del Norte) Se encuentra, al igual que 3 millas más profundo en una pista a la montaña.

Cuando llegamos allí, había una especie de protesta, que nos dimos cuenta de que los profesores personal administrativo y había tomado la universidad.

A pesar de nuestros intentos para convencerlos de que nos permiten realizar el evento, no se nos permitió la entrada a la universidad.

Tuvimos que improvisar y, fuera de los edificios tenían que sacar la bandera del software libre y empieza a hablar a los estudiantes, que estaban cerca, para mostrarles el sistema y regalar DVDs e información para entrar en la comunidad Linux.

Tuvimos que usar mi coche como mesa para poner la info, T-shirts, información, registros y todo lo que pudimos.

Al mediodía nos dimos por vencidos porque los maestros pensaban que estábamos burlando de ellos.
Fuimos a comer un refrigerio en un restaurante llamado "La Casita" y hablamos de las comunidades y linux.

Y por lo que regresó a la capital Managua para ayudar un poco a las instalaciones de este sitio, y para hablar un poco más libres temas de software.

Nos queda una gran cantidad de energía para el evento casi fracasó en Estelí, estará de regreso, debido a que algunos profesores de informática se quedaron impresionados con las características de este sistema.


Perdimos una batalla pero la guerra no!
